Booking and Payment

A booking with POTHIK is considered confirmed only after availability has been verified and the required advance payment has been received.

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Prices and availability may change at any time before the booking is confirmed.
The required advance payment may vary depending on the service, supplier, season, or booking conditions.
The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed deadline. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Any applicable bank, payment gateway, convenience, or transaction charges may be payable by the customer.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation, amendment, or refund will be subject to the applicable booking and cancellation policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that all required travel arrangements and documents are in order.

Customers must carry valid passports, visas, permits, tickets, identification, and other required travel documents.
Customers are responsible for checking the validity and accuracy of their travel documents before departure.
Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point, airport, hotel, jetty, or departure location within the stated reporting/check-in time.
POTHIK will not be responsible for missed departures, tours, transfers, or other services caused by the customer's late arrival or failure to follow the stated schedule.
Customers must comply with the rules, regulations, and instructions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, immigration authorities, and other relevant service providers.
Any additional costs arising from missed departures, late arrival, invalid documents, or failure to comply with travel requirements will be borne by the customer.
